Redditch test centre: 51.4% pass rate, £346 to get through it.

Redditch is a mid-sized centre, putting 4,483 candidates through the car practical test in 2025/26. 2,304 passed, so the centre finished the year on 51.4% and 171st of 308 nationally, 11th of 26 within West Midlands.

That lands within 1.4 percentage points of the 50.03% national figure and 5.2 points above the 46.2% West Midlands average, which makes Redditch an ordinary centre on the DVSA table and puts the cost question back on preparation rather than location.
